2 School Cottage is a well-converted one-bedroom cottage sitting on the edge of Wirksworth a pretty market town in Derbyshire's Peak District. It sleeps two adults plus one child on the sofa bed. The private hot tub is a real highlight and the enclosed courtyard gives you a private outdoor space to enjoy it.
Wirksworth punches above its weight. Walk to bars, restaurants, shops and an independent cinema in minutes. The Peak District is right on your doorstep Carsington Water, the High Peak Trail and Dovedale are all within easy reach by car.
The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The lounge has a Smart TV and a retro Pac-Man arcade machine.

To reach 2 School Cottage by car, Wirksworth is easily accessible via the B5035 from Matlock or the A515 from Ashbourne. The cottage sits on the edge of town and there is one off-road parking space on site waiting for you on arrival.
The nearest train station is Matlock, approximately 5 miles away. From Matlock station a short taxi ride will get you to the cottage in around 12 minutes.
