2 School Cottage is a well-converted one-bedroom cottage sitting on the edge of Wirksworth a pretty market town in Derbyshire's Peak District. It sleeps two adults plus one child on the sofa bed. The private hot tub is a real highlight and the enclosed courtyard gives you a private outdoor space to enjoy it.

Wirksworth punches above its weight. Walk to bars, restaurants, shops and an independent cinema in minutes. The Peak District is right on your doorstep Carsington Water, the High Peak Trail and Dovedale are all within easy reach by car.

The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The lounge has a Smart TV and a retro Pac-Man arcade machine. Upstairs, the bedroom has a super-king-size bed and its own Smart TV. The en-suite bathroom features a double jacuzzi spa bath with shower over and his-and-hers sinks. A shared utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Chatsworth House (13 miles, 25 mins), Haddon Hall (10 miles, 20 mins), Matlock Bath (5 miles, 12 mins) and Bakewell (12 miles, 22 mins) are all close by.
