Scenic trails head straight out into the Derbyshire countryside from the town itself. Matlock Bath is within five miles and Bakewell and Buxton are both under 20 miles away.
The cottage has one king-size bedroom on the first floor decorated in soft hues and natural materials. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and WC.

The nearest railway station is Matlock, approximately 4 miles from Wirksworth. From Matlock station a taxi or local bus will get you into Wirksworth town centre where the cottage is a short walk away.
