Moorland View Retreat is a three-bedroom barn conversion in Eastmoor near Chesterfield, Derbyshire. It sleeps six and sits in a stunning elevated position with sweeping views across the moorland. The property joined the Hoseasons collection in 2024 and is managed by Lesley. The views from the terraced garden are genuinely spectacular.

Eastmoor puts you right on the edge of the Peak District. Chatsworth House is less than two miles away. Bakewell is 4.5 miles. The Monsal Trail starts just down the road. This is serious walking country with great days out on your doorstep.

Inside there are three bedrooms. Downstairs: a super-king with TV and Egyptian cotton bedding and a king-size also with TV and hair dryer. Upstairs is a double bedroom. A sofa bed is available if needed. Two bathrooms include an en-suite shower room and a family bathroom with shower over the bath.

Chatsworth House (2 miles, 5 mins), Bakewell (4.5 miles, 10 mins), Monsal Trail (4.5 miles, 10 mins) and Haddon Hall (10 miles, 20 mins) are all close by.
