Lea Brook Cottage Reviews

Julie
The Cottage has a good sized garden which is well enclosed, we felt our dogs were safe and couldn't escape! The bedrooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. We had a winter break at the house and didn't feel the lounge was as comfortable as it could be, you definitely need the log burner on to keep warm so be prepared to buy more logs. The cottage was good for local walks in Bow Wood and along the canal between Cromford Mill and Ambergate.
Maria
This cottage is absolutely perfect . It has everything you could possibly want including a very well equipped kitchen . The parking is superb and the location idea. We had an absolutely perfect time and can't thank the owners enough . Recommended to others without any reservation
Fran
Comfortable cottage with everything you need. The sunroom was our favourite spot.
Caroline
Lovely cottage in a great location, garden not as large as the pictures would suggest and neighbours have chickens so consider how your dog may react. my terrier would bark so I worried about upsetting the neighbours and this limited us leaving doors open during such hot weather.
Alison
A lovely cottage in a beautiful, quiet location. We really enjoyed our stay in Lea Brook Cottage. Everything we needed was provided, beds and sitting room were comfortable, lots of seating in the garden so we could make the most of location. Thank you for the details of local places to visit and walks.
Casey
Absolutely loved it. Well equipped house. Cosiest beds I've ever slept in. So cosy. We spent most of the days in the conservatory watching the garden. Will definitely stay again!
Sheryl
Cottage was lovely & situated were you could walk from the door. Wonderful canal walks to Cromford Mill & Ambergate. Lots of places to visit within 30mins like Chatsworth, Matlock, Bakewell & Dovedale. The cottage worked perfectly with our dog & the conservatory was a bonus. Garden very secure & the Spa Bath was fab. We would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone it was a real find.
