Matlock View is a four-storey townhouse perched at the top of a steep hill on the edge of Matlock town centre in Derbyshire. Panoramic views stretch across the valleys and as far as Riber Castle from the picture windows. This is a proper house with real character, wooden beams, high ceilings and a layout that surprises you at every floor.

Matlock sits on the doorstep of the Peak District. Shops, pubs, cafes and a weekly market are all within walking distance. The property sits on the footpath to Lumsdale Falls. Chatsworth House is 8 miles away and Bakewell is 8.5 miles.

Three bedrooms sleep up to 6 guests plus 2 on a double sofa bed. Bedroom one has a king-size bed with wooden floorboards. Bedroom two has bunk beds. The top-floor king-size bedroom has outstanding views. There is one bathroom and a second WC upstairs.
