Apple Tree Cottage is a two-bedroom stone cottage in Ashford-in-the-Water, a picture-postcard village sitting inside the Peak District National Park near Bakewell. The cottage sleeps four guests across two king-size bedrooms and has been styled with elegant interiors, a cosy log burner and a kitchen that genuinely feels like the heart of the home complete with wine cooler and coffee pod machine.
The village is hard to beat. A traditional country pub sits directly opposite. A village shop and tea room are within 250 metres. Step outside and you can walk the River Wye from the door, watch cricket on the green or feed the ducks at the historic Sheepwash Bridge.

Bakewell is just over 2 miles away. Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall are both within 6 miles. Monsal Dale is 2 miles from the village. Buxton is around 14 miles.
