Hills Cottage is a two-bedroom rural retreat sitting within 38 acres of farmland in Holmesfield, Derbyshire. Far-reaching countryside views greet you from both the front and rear of the property. Friendly neighbouring horses roam the land around you. It's warm, cosy and genuinely peaceful.

The Peak District is on your doorstep. Chesterfield is a short drive away for markets and town life. Sheffield and Dronfield are both within easy reach. Sit in the garden and listen to birdsong guests have spotted butterflies and all manner of wildlife right here.

The cottage sleeps 4 across two bedrooms. Bedroom one is a spacious double with a zip-and-link bed and en-suite shower room. Bedroom two is a good-sized twin with zip-and-link beds and lovely countryside views. There's also a downstairs bathroom with bath and shower-over. A single sofa bed is available for occasional use.
