Spring House Shepherds Hut is a beautifully crafted shepherd's hut sitting on secluded farmland just 0. 5 miles outside Castleton in Hope Valley, Derbyshire. It sits directly on the Lose Hill/Mam Tor Great Ridge walk with glorious views of Mam Tor straight from the property. This is a proper Peak District base quiet, well-positioned and thoughtfully fitted out.
Castleton is on your doorstep. The village is famous for its Blue John stone caverns, Peveril Castle and Winnats Pass. Kinder Scout the highest point in the Peak District is just 5 miles away. Chatsworth House and Estate is 11 miles for a full day out.
The hut sleeps 2 and has one double bedroom/studio space with a private en suite shower room with WC.
