Rose Cottage is a light, traditional three-bedroom holiday cottage in Tideswell, a historic village in the White Peak area of the Peak District, Derbyshire. It sleeps five guests and is thoughtfully decorated throughout. A wood burner set in a brick surround makes evenings genuinely cosy. Note: this property does not have a hot tub.

Tideswell sits in limestone upland country ideal for walkers and hikers. The village has independent shops, traditional pubs, restaurants and a medieval church known as the Cathedral of the Peak. Buxton spa town is 7.5 miles away. The Peak District is right on your doorstep.

The cottage has three bedrooms: a king-size room with a skylight on the second floor, an elegant double with a feature fireplace and a small double also with a feature fireplace both on the first floor. One bright bathroom with shower over bath serves all guests. The kitchen-diner has a gas hob, double electric oven, dishwasher and coffee machine.

Eyam village with its museum is 5 miles away. Bakewell market town is 8 miles. Chatsworth House and Magpie Mine are both around 11 miles. Monsal Head Viaduct is within 6.5 miles.
