The cottage has three bedrooms: a king-size room with a skylight on the second floor, an elegant double with a feature fireplace and a small double also with a feature fireplace both on the first floor. One bright bathroom with shower over bath serves all guests. The kitchen-diner has a gas hob, double electric oven, dishwasher and coffee machine.
Eyam village with its museum is 5 miles away. Bakewell market town is 8 miles. Chatsworth House and Magpie Mine are both around 11 miles. Monsal Head Viaduct is within 6.5 miles.
Rose Cottage suits walkers, families and dog owners perfectly. Up to two dogs are welcome. Superb beds, a great location and a wood burner book it.

Rose Cottage is in the centre of Tideswell village, SK17 8LY, in the White Peak area of Derbyshire. The village is accessible via the B6049 off the A623. Parking is unallocated in the lane directly outside the cottage with additional village parking close by.
The nearest railway station is Buxton, approximately 7.5 miles from the cottage. From Buxton station a taxi will take you directly to Tideswell in around 15 to 20 minutes depending on traffic.
