This 3-bedroom farmhouse is a reverse-level property sleeping six guests on a working farm in Derbyshire. The property sits in open countryside near Hartington village with direct access to the Peak District National Park. Two dogs are welcome.
The location puts you at the gateway to the Dales and Peak District. Long walks start from the door. The High Peak Trail and Tissington Trail offer cycling routes with hire available nearby. Carsington Water provides sailing and watersports. Chatsworth (15 miles, 25 minutes) and medieval Haddon Hall make excellent days out. Buxton (8 miles, 15 minutes) has the Opera House and Pavilion Gardens.

Ground floor accommodation includes a super-king bedroom with exposed beams and a twin room. The bathroom has a spa bath with shower over. Upstairs features an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with wooden floors. The king-size bedroom has an en-suite shower room.
Outside you'll find ample off-road parking and a charcoal BBQ with stunning countryside views. Hartington village offers a farm shop, restaurants and local pubs within walking distance.
