Fantastic cottage in a lovely village near to many great walks. We arrived late, on a cold night, so walking in to the heating on and a bottle of wine in the fridge was hugely appreciated. The cottage is very spacious, the best equipped kitchen we have ever stayed in while in a holiday let, the en suite shower is amazing and the bed was very comfy. Everything works and is very comfortable. Our dog loved exploring the enclosed garden. We won't hesitate to come back!

Fantastic home from home, with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The shower was the best we've had in a holiday property. Comfy beds and homely decor. The village has all you need, with a bakery ,who do takeaway pizza on a Wednesday, really well stocked nisa, butchers, Indian and pub, fish and chip shop, all a stones throw away. Only downside was the stone stiles on the local walks, as our fluffballs are on the large side ( malamutes) they didn't make it through ! Outside hose and side entrance, for those muddy paws, much welcomed.

We have stayed in a huge amount of holiday lets over the years and we can honestly say this was the cleanest, best equipped, and most comfortable beds we have ever had. Beautiful little garden, tucked away at the back of the house. beautiful! location was great for us - 2 minute walk to pub, chippy (be warned Cardale Fish and CHip Shop serve the biggest regular cod i have ever seen - over 12" long! But delicious!), shop, post office and Jeera the best Indian food i have had for a very very long time.

We had a lovely week at 3-Bedroom Cottage in Crich. The house was 2 houses at one point and has been joined together but keeps the unused second front door, so is bigger than you'd expect. Lovely for family life with teens to have the extra sitting room and also 2 places to eat. Very comfortable, with everything you need (probably the most well equipped kitchen we've ever found in a holiday cottages, including plastic cutlery and plates, and good, sharp kitchen knives - makes such a difference!). Crich rec is opposite the cottage with a play park and space to kick a ball, and we did some walks from Crich. Also recommend the Greyhound pub and Crawford Mill (the pub in Crich doesn't currently do evening meals). Nottingham Castle is great, lots of interactive displays and a play park (for under 12s). Fave walk, Lathkill Dale near Bakewell, absolutely stunning. A really comfortable and enjoyable week away, made by having such a pleasant base to return to. Loved sitting out in the pretty garden too.

Crich is a lovely village, we used and recommend the pub, butchers, bakers, Indian takeaway and chippy. The house was very homely and comfortable with the best equipped kitchen we have ever had in a holiday rental. There are lots of dog walks from the door and more to explore within 20 minutes drive.

Absolutely amazing cottage, the pictures don't do it justice. There was everything you needed and more. And the extra touches like the wine , coffee , milk on arrival was much appreciated. Lovely garden to sit in it was all perfect. The Black Swan in the village does lovely food as does the loft ( there choice of bread was lovely) the butcher looks lovely and the Nisa shop had everything you need all had very friendly and helpful staff

We had an excellent stay in 3-Bedroom Cottage in Crich. Crich is a lovely village and although the cottage is in the centre we found it very quiet and enjoyed watching the activity. Local friendly pub, convenience store and bakery made life very easy. Everything in the cottage was perfect with an attention to detail and plenty of information regarding walks from the door and local attractions. Highly recommended.

The four of us, plus dog, enjoyed a lovely Christmas week at 3-Bedroom Cottage in Crich. The house was cosy and warm upon going through the door, and very tastefully decorated with a beautiful tree aside the bay view window of the sitting room. There was lots of space, the house if a characterful solid construction and despite being in the heart of Crich, it was perfectly peaceful. Loved the kitchen which was well provided for in terms of pans, crockery and equipment such that nothing was lacking and the quality of everything was good too. Lots of walking to be had from the doorstep, even if it is wet and muddy, there are lots of quiet lanes for miles. The local pub, Indian restaurant and fish bar were all super and reached by foot within a minute, as was a pleasant artisanal bakery. We loved our stay and hope to return to try the experience during a summer next.
