The property sits on the edge of Chatsworth Park with footpaths from the doorstep leading directly to Chatsworth House. Exposed beams throughout create a sense of space and warmth across all three floors.
The village sits close to the River Derwent with footpaths leading to Baslow Edge. From there you get commanding views of the Derwent Valley. Bakewell market town is a 10-minute drive away. A bench at the front of the cottage provides a lovely spot for watching village life.

Chatsworth House parklands are reachable by a short walk across a bridge. Bakewell (3 miles, 10 minutes) offers shops and markets. Haddon Hall (4 miles, 12 minutes) and Eyam Museum (6 miles, 15 minutes) are nearby.
